3. Waitlist and Pre-Orders

  • Joining our Waitlist or Rental Partner Application does not guarantee product availability or delivery dates.
  • Pricing, features, and specifications may change before official launch.
  • By joining, you consent to receive updates, marketing communications, and notifications about product availability.

4. Product Information

  • Product images and descriptions shown on this site may include pre-production prototypes or digital renders.
  • Final specifications, colors, and performance may differ at launch.
  • BomBoard reserves the right to make improvements or changes to its products without notice.

5. Orders and Payments

Once product sales become active:

  • All orders are subject to acceptance by BomBoard and product availability.
  • Pricing will be displayed in U.S. dollars unless otherwise noted.
  • BomBoard reserves the right to cancel or refuse any order if fraudulent activity or incorrect pricing is suspected.

6. Shipping and Delivery

  • Shipping timelines are estimates only and may vary due to production schedules or external factors.
  • Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.
  • BomBoard is not liable for delays caused by carriers, customs, or force majeure events.

7. Returns and Refunds

Refund and return policies will be clearly stated at the time of purchase once retail sales begin. Until then, no payments are required or accepted for waitlist placement unless otherwise specified.

8. Rental Partners

  • Rental partners must provide accurate business information during their application.
  • Approval as a rental partner is not guaranteed and may be revoked at BomBoard’s discretion.
  • BomBoard assumes no liability for accidents, injuries, or damages arising from rental company operations. Rental companies are solely responsible for maintaining proper insurance and compliance with local regulations.

9. Use of BomBoard Products

  • BomBoard products must be operated safely and in accordance with all local boating laws and regulations.
  • Users are solely responsible for safe operation, storage, and maintenance.
  • BomBoard is not responsible for misuse, accidents, or property damage caused by failure to follow safety guidelines.

10. Limitation of Liability

  • BomBoard shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including loss of profits or data, arising from use of our Services or products.
  • Total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the product in question.
